ST. PAUL, Minn. -- SuperMax has announced it has been acquired by Laguna Tools, Inc, an Irvine, California, manufacturer of advanced CNC machinery and bandsaws, tablesaws, edgebanders, and other woodworking equipment.

“We were looking for the right partner to help expand our sanding products and to offer a broader range of products to our customers” says Bill Schroeder, president of SuperMax Tools. “Laguna Tools is clearly the leader in the industry.”

The acquisition is effective immediately. The change in ownership is not expected to cause any immediate changes as SuperMax’s management team stays in place.

SuperMax dealers and customers will continue to use the 651-454-3401 phone number as point of contact for all SuperMax related business.
All current terms and conditions will remain intact for SuperMax products at this time.
