EUGENE, Ore. -- HPVA Laboratories has awarded the States Industries manufacturing location in Eugene with its EPA TSCA Title VI certification for formaldehyde
emissions. States' hardwood plywood products are certified to meet all requirements established in the EPA's TSCA Title VI 40 CFR Part 770 Formaldehyde Emission
Standards for Composite Wood Products regulation and may now carry the CARB TPC-8 certification label. States also maintains compliance to the CARB 93120 ATCM
as a manufacturer of CARB NAF and ULEF exempt products.

“As a leader in developing environmentally responsible products in the hardwood plywood industry, we are very pleased to receive this important certification,” said Mike
Taylor, president of States Industries. “It recognizes the company’s innovation and commitment to sustainable practices that have been utilized in all aspects of its operations since our founding.”

This certification comes well ahead of the June 1 compliance date. By April 30, 2018, States will begin labeling all products pursuant to the new regulations. States Industries LLC is a privately held, hardwood panel producer. See http://Statesind.com.
