PHOENIX, AZ – Samuel Lawrence Furniture Co., a southwest Phoenix furniture manufacturer, and Pulaski Furniture are being merged to form a holding company called Home Meridian Int’l., according to The Business Journal. This comes after the announcement that Samuel Lawrence will be acquired by a Virginia company. The combined company will be led by George Revington, former CEO of Samuel Lawrence. Read more.
