Riverside Tool acquires Carbide Specialties

ELKHART, Ind. -- Riverside Tool Corp., a Techniks Industries company, has announced the acquisition of Carbide Specialties Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Carbide Specialties manufactures cutting tools for the wood and plastics markets and maintains high standards in customer service. The acquisition of Carbide Specialties will strengthen the capabilities, products, and services of both companies.
