Rev-A-Shelf acquires home organization and accessories firm Sidelines Inc.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Rev-A-Shelf, which manufactures thousands of innovative accessories for your kitchen, bath, or closet, announced the acquisition of Sidelines Inc., a home organization and accessories firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona. 
 
Rev-A-Shelf General Manager, David Noe alongside Charles and Kris Costa of Sidelines Inc., issued joint statements confirming the intention to merge the two companies. 
 
“The Sidelines product and reputation for quality are an exciting addition to the Rev-A-Shelf Closet/ Whole Home Cabinet Accessories offering,” said David Noe, General Manager of Rev-A-Shelf. “ Our customers will find many resourceful ways to design them into future jobs, and the end consumer will benefit.”
 
 Sidelines was developed as a company with a unique take on organizational items for the closet, kitchen and home. Charles and Kris Costa’s mission was to bring stylish, high end, responsible products to the market. They did this by merging modern design with luxurious textures and finishes, creating a new vision that brings true artistry to home organization.
