German fastener manufacturer Hans Bruegmann has established a new company, RAMPA TEC Inc., to sell and service the company's RAMPA brand of inserts to the North American market. 

Michael Wood has been named sales director-North America for RAMPA TEC and will lead the company's increased activities in Canada and the United States.

RAMPA TEC is planning to exhibit at the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo (WMS), October 27-29 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
