Private investors acquire wood component maker SourceCut Industries

OSSEO, Wi. - Private investment firm Building Industry Partners (BIP) has acquired SourceCut Industries, a manufacturer of wood components, millwork, cabinets, and laminated products.

BIP formed North American Specialty Laminations, a new building products partnership, to lead SourceCut. At its helm will be SourceCut founders Brad and Zach Wiedenhoeft and building industry veteran Ted Rock.

The Wiedenhoefts will support Rock who will serve as CEO of North American Specialty Laminations. SourceCut Industries will retain its business name.

Founded in 1999, SourceCut is a manufacturer of laminated, composite, and wood components serving the residential and commercial window and door, cabinet and casegood, architectural millwork, furniture, and fixture/display industries.
