PELLA, Iowa — WIndow and door manufacturer Pella Corp. has selected Tim Yaggi as its new president and CEO. He replaces former CEO Pat Meyer, who left the window and door manufacturing giant in October after the board decided new leadership was needed.

Board chair Adam Farver served as interim CEO while the company searched for a replacement. “We conducted an extensive, nationwide search focused on finding a proven leader with profound experience, a strong commitment to profitable growth, and who shared our culture and values,” Farver said. “Tim has demonstrated the ability to create value and drive sustained business results as well as build high-performing teams.”

Yaggi recently held positions as COO, CEO and interim president at Tempur Sealy International, the world’s largest bedding provider. Prior to that he served as MASCO Corp. Group President of the North America Builder Group, where he oversaw a portfolio of seven independent companies with 15,000 employees. Yaggi also held senior management positions at Whirlpool Corp.
