ZEELAND, Mich. — Novo Building Products, a manufacturer and distributor of stair parts, mouldings, doors, and specialty millwork, has announced the appointments of Joe Fleming as Regional Vice President of ProDealer Sales for the Southeast region and Paul Allen as Director of National Accounts.
Fleming brings twenty-three years of experience in wholesale millwork distribution to Novo. He began his career in the Pacific Northwest and has held senior leadership roles throughout his career, including M&A integration of people, systems, and financial planning and analysis for acquired brands. Most recently, Fleming served as Sales Integration Manager at Specialty Building Products, where he was instrumental in the success of brands such as US Lumber, Alexandria, Amerhart, and Millwork Sales of Florida. He will report to Leo Pappas, senior vice president, of ProDealer for Novo.

Allen joins Novo from Steves and Sons, a prominent manufacturer of interior doors. He holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. At Steves and Sons, Allen successfully progressed through various roles, including Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Business Development. He has a proven track record of driving sales growth while fostering strong team environments. He will report to David Fields, vice president of resident National Accounts for Novo.
