TORONTO – Norbord Inc. posted earnings of $97 million for 2006. The company cited the softness of the U.S. housing market in reporting a loss of $1 million for the fourth quarter. Norbord President and CEO Barrie Shineton noted that prices for oriented strand board have slid to their lowest levels since 2001.
