NKBA partners with Spanish association Aseban

BETHLEHEM, Pa.  — The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), representing more than 55,000 North American kitchen and bath industry professionals and the owners of the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), is welcoming the Spanish association Aseban, representing bathroom and sanitary equipment manufacturers, as an NKBA Global Connect Strategic Alliance Partner.

Aseban's mission is to advocate for the interests of its members, promoting Spanish brands and products of its members outside of Spain, making the Global Connect partnership an ideal opportunity to help members explore entry into the North American Market. The association promotes the internationalization of its member companies by organizing different promotional activities abroad, disseminating strategic sector information and encouraging innovation and design as key factors for improving business competitiveness by implementing joint projects.

NKBA Global Connect collaborates with organizations and associations around the world, to connect the global kitchen and bath community through information exchanges, including the sharing of market insights, product development ideas, and go-to-market strategies designed to assist international companies in exploring business opportunities in the North American kitchen and bath market.

“Through our Global Connect program, we have enabled discussion and fostered greater understanding around doing business in our industry on an international scale, and we are proud to have Aseban as part of our Strategic Alliance Partnership,” said Bill Darcy, global president and CEO of NKBA. “This association is committed to broadening business opportunities for its membership in international markets, and the Global Connect program provides the tools to accomplish this objective. It’s gratifying to see the expanding influence of Global Connect around the world, and shows that together, we can help the international industry reach new clients and broaden the scope of business worldwide.”

Aseban is a part of ARVET, the Association of Exporters of Manufactured Goods, and is a member of FEBAN, the Spanish Federation of Associations of Bathroom Equipment Manufacturers, also a Global Connect Strategic Alliance Partner, and is recognized by the Spanish Head office of trade and investment as a collaborator of the Spain Secretary of State for Trade to look after the commercial interest of the Spanish Bathroom Equipment industry.
