Monarch Custom Plywood has tripled its press cycle production with the addition of a double custom hardwood plywood panel press to its Vaughan, Ontario manufacturing facility. Monarch makes, sells, and distributes custom hardwood plywood panels, and will exhibit at WMS 2017 in Booth #1185.

“It’s a great step forward for Monarch,” said Ron Patterson, Monarch’s managing partner. “The addition of a new automated press line with its double panel press will significantly impact our production capabilities. Monarch will be able to supersede the growing demand for custom hardwood veneer plywood panels, not only for domestic markets, but for our export markets.”

The new Colombo R. double plywood panel press includes an automated feed station, pre-press station, and an output stacking station. The press will produce four foot wide custom hardwood plywood panels.
