GREEN BAY, WI -- Millwood Lumber has been acquired by BlackEagle Partners' portfolio company, US LBM Holdings of Green Bay.
Founded in 1932, Millwood Lumber provides lumber, millwork and hardware to renovation and remodeling contractors, builders and retail customers in Westchester County, 30 miles north of New York City. Millwood operates a full-service lumberyard, a door and window showroom and retail store.
US LBM says it is the country's 10th largest distributor of lumber and building supplies, serving custom builders and professional remodelers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New York.

In 2008, BlackEagle Partners acquired the assets of Eurodesign Cabinets Inc., Chino, CA. Eurodesign is a manufacturer and installer of semi-custom and custom, high-end residential cabinetry. BlackEagle said at the time it intended to hold Eurodesign long term and revamp its marketing strategy away from new home building and more toward custom building and remodeling. (BlackEagle acquired Eurodesign Cabinets in an out-of-court restructuring). In February 2010, Royal Cabinets, a Pomona, CA based kitchen cabinet manufacturer, acquired Eurodesign Cabinets
