ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Merillat Cabinetry has launched the Masterpiece Collection, a refreshed product line focused on design. The 2018 cabinetry collection offers more than 4,000 new SKUs, including dozens of new door styles, trend-forward finishes and nearly custom height, width and depth cabinet modifications to 1/16 of an inch. 

Formerly named Merillat Masterpiece, the Masterpiece Collection features a refreshed look and feel to suit the new products and finishes now available in this line and will be available in showrooms starting in mid-March. Merillat is part of the Masco Corp. family of brands

The new 2018 Merillat Masterpiece Collection includes: New paints, stains and expanded wood options, including a new rustic alder with knotholes, burls and mineral streaks and the new suede topcoat that softens the sheen of a finish to give it a more luxurious, matte appearance; EverCore doors and drawer fronts that have no grain and react less to temperature and humidity compared to regular wood; Base corner Smart Space Solutions cabinets that create usable space out of a normally wasted area.

Other new styles include: Base roll-out solutions that make hard-to-reach items more accessible; Aged and distressed techniques; Auto open cabinets that open with a gentle nudge and close with a soft touch; and MasterCoat Finishing System that achieves an attractive finish with strong protection.
