WARROAD, Minn. -- Jackie Schneider has joined Marvin as vice president of marketing and will work directly with president Darrin Peterson to support the organization’s window and door sales growth. Schneider will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing strategies that drive growth.

Most recently, Schneider was the director of brand marketing for the Heat & Glo brand at Hearth & Home Technologies. Schneider brings more than 15 years of building industry experience to Marvin, including more than 10 years with Kohler leading showroom and store sales along with marketing strategy and implementation. Prior to that, Schneider spent several years as a practicing interior architect.

Marvin also announced the election of two new members to its board of directors: Kirsten Castillo and Russ Becker.

Castillo brings a wealth of business experience to the Marvin board, having previously served as CEO of Logistics Planning Services, which was named one of America’s fastest growing companies seven years in a row.

Becker is the president and CEO of APi Group, Inc., one of the largest specialty contractors in North America. During Becker’s tenure, APi Group has acquired more than 60 independently managed life safety, energy, specialty construction and infrastructure companies and has grown to more than $3.8 billion in annual sales.
