Lenze SE, based in Hamelin, Germany, announced the appointment of Chuck Edwards as president of Lenze Americas, which includes Lenze-Tech.

Edwards has more than 30 years of industrial automation and executive experience. He holds a BS in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University and an MS in engineering management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is a member of the Dean’s Executive Council for the College of Technology at Purdue University and has also recently served on the board of directors of the Electronic Components Assn.

Lenze develops, manufactures, markets and supports a complete range of motion control solutions including servo drives, motors and more.
