KP Walsh bringing SawStop, VantEdge and more to WPE Lancaster

KP Walsh will demonstrate the SawStop industrial cabinet saw at WPE booth #346.

LANCASTER, Pa. – KP Walsh Associates, a full-service machinery distributor based in Westchester, Pa., will showcase a selection of its extensive product line at Wood Pro Expo, Oct. 17-18 at Spooky Nook Sports complex.

Among the products KP Walsh will demonstrate is a SawStop industrial cabinet saw. The saw features SawStop’s patented flesh-detection and stop saw break safety technology. The saw has either a has either a 36-in. or 52-in. cast iron table and a T-glide fence assembly. All saw blade motors are 60 Hz, TEFC and are available in 3, 5 or 7.5 hp.

The company will also demonstrate the VantEdge series of edgebanders from VTM designed and engineered for the North American market. Standard features include PLC touch screen, quick-change glue system on all models, infrared heat lamp, spray misting, pre-milling, auto lubrication, four pneumatic pressure rollers, dual end trimmers and corner rounding. The company represents C.R. Onsrud, including the M series CNC router featured in the accompanying video. The machines can be configured with three or four axis and a table size from 4 ft by 8 ft to 2m by 4m. The M series can achieve a machining speed of 1,400 ipm. It has a standard tool capacity of 10 to 12 tools.
