Kansas cabinet producer R.D. Henry announces promotions

WICHITA, Kansas – Cabinet manufacturer R.D. Henry & Co. has announced a number or personnel changes.

Joshua West has been named manufacturing supervisor: towline. West is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency for all factory finished products. Most recently West was a supervisor for Weckworth Manufacturing.

Aaron Tauber has been named manufacturing supervisor: paint lab/kitchen. Tauber is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency for all factory paints, stains and finishes. Tauber joined R.D. Henry in 2013 and most recently worked as team lead – paint lab.

Dave Pettriess has been named manufacturing supervisor: finish - offline. Pettriess is responsible for leading the offline manufacturing team. Pettriess joined R.D. Henry in 2004 and most recently worked as manufacturing supervisor: doors and customs.

Kelly Manion has been named division manager of final detail. Manion is responsible for the final assembly and shipping of all products. Prior to joining R.D. Henry, Manion worked eight years at Weckworth Manufacturing in management positions.

Ronnie Terrell has been appointed division manager of assembly. Terrell is responsible for supervising the door production, custom assembly and cabinet assembly employees to meet production and customer needs. Terrell joined R.D. Henry in 2005 and most recently worked as division manager of final assembly and shipping.

Lavonte Dixon has been named manufacturing supervisor: door and cabinet assembly. Dixon is responsible for overseeing the door and cabinet assembly teams. Dixon joined R.D. Henry in 2012 and most recently worked as manufacturing supervisor: wood processing.  

Michael Perret has been hired to be the IT systems support engineer. Perret is responsible for providing technical support for computers and the phone system for RDH staff in Wichita and remote offices. Prior to joining R.D. Henry, Perret worked for two years at Pinnacle Technology as a network technician.

Erison Staples has been named customer care specialist. Perret is responsible for assisting R.D. Henry dealers regarding products, ordering, the pricing program, delivery status, ESO’s and warranty issues. Most recently Staples worked at The Golf Warehouse in customer service positions.
