Just Moulding Franchising has acquired Wales Woods, the hub workshop for its franchise locations in three East Coast cities. Just Moulding offers custom design and installation of interior architectural mouldings such as crown, chair rail and wainscoting, for both commerical and residential customers.

Just Moulding Franchising also appointed Richard W. Hayman to be the new CEO of Just Moulding Franchising and president of Wales Woods. Hayman  was regional VP of Micros Systems  and CEO of Bid4Assets.
