KLAMATH FALLS, OR- JELD-WEN named Scott Cottrill as Executive VP and CFO, succeeding Neil Stuart who resigned Sept. 20.

Cottrill, who has been at Goodrich for 14 years, the last five as VP, Corporate Controller, will report to JELD-WEN president Philip Orsino. He begins Oct. 15.

Cottrill spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP before moving to Goodrich. At Goodrich his responsibilities included leasing Goodrich's finance integration during its acquisition by United Technologies Corporation.

Cottrill graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also a CPA. He will be based at the JELD-WEN office in Fort Mill, NC.
