Investment group acquires Wincore Window

CYPRESS, Calif. — Fernweh Group LLC is the new owner of Wincore Window Company LLC, a manufacturer of vinyl windows and doors based in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Fernweh said the transition will be seamless for Wincore’s customers, vendors, and employees as all senior management will remain in place. Fernweh added that its operational partners will support Wincore in maximizing its brand and product offerings while ensuring continuity.

Nick Santhanam, CEO of Fernweh Group, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Wincore into our portfolio. This acquisition aligns with our strategic focus on the building products sector at a time when the housing and construction market is poised for revival. With 12-month CPI falling below 3% and the Federal Reserve implementing two rate cuts in 2024, we see significant pent-up demand for housing and home renovations in the U.S., making this an ideal moment for investment in the building products space.”

Brian Standley, president of Wincore, said, “This transaction honors the vision of our founders and provides us with an opportunity to enhance our offerings and service to customers. We look forward to collaborating with Fernweh to build on our strong foundation and drive growth in the coming years.”
