Longtime industry veteran, Gerald (Jerry) Villa of American Adhesive Coatings LLC (AACC), passed away on Dec. 24, 2017. Villa was one of the founders of AACC and a strong supporter of the woodworking industry. He and his company also were frequent participants at association meetings and trade shows.

Day-to-day operations for the company are being handled by Jerry's son, Gerald Villa Jr., who took over as CEO/president in September 2017.

Donations in memory of Jerry may be made to the family's foundation, kerryskatsandkids.com, which raises money for families whose children are in cancer treatment. A celebration of Jerry’s life is also scheduled for January 28 in New Jersey.
