Hiring and engaging employees discussed at Feb. 21 event

OSHKOSH, Wis. – Who will build it? How to attract and keep new employees will be the subject of a daylong event February 21, 2017 at Fox Valley Technical College’s Riverside Campus at 150 N. Campbell Road in Oshkosh.

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss, analyze and create a plan to attract, hire, retain and engage employees. Speaker Jenn Zimmermann works with business to implement successful talent strategies.

Subjects to be discussed include hiring and acquisition strategies, examples of businesses that have good acquisition plans, retention and management strategies, and how to define and design a company’s organizational culture.

The event is being held in connection with the Architectural Woodwork Institute.
