BOSSIER CITY, La. -- Hardware Resources, a designer and manufacturer of kitchen cabinet, bath, and closet products, has acquired Task Lighting.

Based in Kearney, Nebraska, Task Lighting manufactures under-cabinet and interior-cabinet LED lighting, and also manufactures angle power strips, which provide power access beneath cabinets as an alternative to power outlets. Task Lighting products are primarily purchased by kitchen cabinet dealers and electrical wholesalers.

Along with Task Lighting, Hardware Resources’ expanded portfolio includes Jeffrey Alexander and Elements brands of cabinet knobs and pulls, bath hardware, vanities, and mirrors.

Task Lighting will continue to manufacture products from its Nebraska location under the Task Lighting brand name.

“Our team is excited about joining Hardware Resources, whose size, strength, and industry reputation will only help to further the growth of the Task Lighting brand of products,” said Ken Anderson, CEO of Task Lighting. “The industry can continue to expect the value and leadership they’ve come to trust, but now with even more support for future product development and service expansion.”
