Harbor Freight Tools for Schools surprised 20 outstanding public high school skilled trades teachers across the United States with the news that they’ve been named winners of the 2022 Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence.

“We awarded a total of $1.25 million in cash prizes to these remarkable teachers and their schools,” said Eric Smidt, founder of Harbor Freight Tools for Schools LLC. “It’s great to see the pride and respect this recognition is generating in their communities.”

The list of winners is available on the Tools for Schools website

Since 2017, Harbor Freight Tools for Schools awarded more than $6 million to more than 100 U.S. public high school teachers and their schools — supporting tens of thousands of students along the way.
