HUTCHINSON MN -- Goebel Fixtures is celebrating its 75th anniversary.

The company was started as F.C. Goebel & Son Cabinet Shop by Fred Gloebel in 1935.

Three-quarters of a century, the company is headed by its third-generation of Goebels and now operates from a 110,000-square-foot facility employing 115 people, according to the Hutchinson Leader. Now specializing in store fixtures and retail displays, the company's clients include Nordstrom, Niemann Marcus and Louis Vuitton.

The newspaper said approximately 550 participated in an open house celebration held on Sept. 25.

Earlier this year, Goebel purchased Environments based in Minnetonka. MN.
