“Dave will lead the growth, profitability and transformation of the company with an initial focus on product quality and operational improvement. He will lead the team in restructuring processes and changing the culture to best-practice, continuous improvement," said Shade Murray, Jr. one of the two brothers that own Kabinart.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Kabinart manufactures wood semi-custom residential kitchen and bath cabinetry, which it markets throughout the Eastern United States. The family-owned company was founded in 1963.

"Dave will also develop and implement a fresh vision for the business, including leadership of the sales and marketing departments for growth of sales volume, expansion into new markets, and development of appropriate products.”

Gordon's experience also includes roles as president and CEO of Regency Window Co. and founder and president of ProMark Cabinets, both in Ohio. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
