Exterior building products company acquired by investor group

Among Cornerstone Building Products' product lines is the PlyGem line. The company was recently acquired by an investor group. 

CARY, N.C.--Cornerstone Building Brands Inc., a manufacturer of exterior building products, was acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Shareholders voted June 24 to approve the acquisition and the deal was finalized July 25.
