LINWOOD, N.C. — Egger, a global manufacturer of wood-based materials, has appointed Kyle McAllister as head of Product & Design, North America. In this role, McAllister will oversee the company’s product strategy and decor development, leveraging his industry expertise to expand Egger's market presence and deliver innovative solutions to its customers. 

McAllister brings nearly a decade of progressively responsible experience in category management, sales, and global sourcing. Most recently, he served as Hardwood & Laminate Category director at Shaw Industries and previously held strategic leadership roles at Lumber Liquidators.
