Doug Mockett & Company is accepting donations for Shoes for the Homeless

For the past six years, Doug Mockett & Company has partnered with Shoes for the Homeless, and this year, Mockett will continue supporting this important cause. Help make a difference by donating gently used or new shoes to those in need in the LA area. Every donation counts.

From now until December 16, Mockett will be accepting donations. Consider sending in lightly worn shoes and new packs of socks to help make a difference in the homeless community.

If you're not in the Los Angeles area, Mockett will send out free shipping labels for donations. Those in the area can stop by the office in Torrence and drop them off at will-call.

Shoes for the Homeless is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes footwear, free of charge, to the homeless and those in need. Dr. Ira Diamond, a retired podiatrist, started collecting shoes informally early in his career. He started Shoes for the Homeless in 2011.
