CHICAGO — Demeter Millwork announced plans for a new 53,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Woodridge, Illinois, in a LinkedIn post.

Sustainability is at the heart of our new building’s design, as we aim to achieve nearly net-zero energy consumption. This expansion will also increase our capacity and improve lead times while upholding our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.”

Demeter, founded in 2010, is currently located near the West Loop and Fulton Market neighborhoods of Chicago.
