MINNETONKA, MN -- The Complete Garage LLC announced it has signed a multiple store area development agreement, encompassing all of Connecticut and several counties, including Westchester, in New York. The agreement is the largest the company has signed to date, and it expects its first location to open in Fairfield County, CT, in the fourth quarter of 2006.
