NEPEAN, Ontario -- The Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association will conclude its 2020 National Discussion series with its sixth National Roundtable Discussion.
The live webinar on Zoom – Work ON Your Business, Not IN it! -- is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. EST Wednesday, Nov. 25. It will explore issues business leaders face trying to do it all by themselves. Some of the challenges created by wearing too many hats that will be addressed in the webinar include:
- Being pulled in too many directions to keep focused on moving forward;
- The helpless feeling of not having control over anything; and
- Not having the time or the tools to achieve business growth.
Two featured presenters will provide a case study, including presenting tips and solutions to better manage and grow a business. Gerald Van Woundenberg, owner of Van Arbour Design, a custom cabinet manufacturer based in Aldergrove, British Columbia, was feeling the strains of wearing too many hats. He worked with the second speaker, Conny Millard, co-founder of PowerPods, a consulting business that specializes in advising businesses how “to develop high-performing franchise systems by unlocking the full potential of your franchise partners through brain-based coaching.”
The webinar, sponsored by 2020 software and Richelieu, is free for CKCA members; $100 for non-members.
