BOLOGNA, ITALY – Cefla has appointed Riccardo Quattrini as its new international CEO. The finishing machinery manufacturer says Quattrini boasts an extensive experience in the industry of woodworking machinery - having begun his career in 1994 and having worked with rivals Biesse and Delmac.

A graduate in mechanical and management engineering, Quattrini attended several training courses at SDA Bocconi, Akademy Porsche Consulting GmbH and S&A Change. Since 2015, he’s been deputy chairman of Acimall, the woodworking machinery and tools manufacturers’ association in Italy.

Quattrini began his Cefla career as sales and marketing manager of Cefla Finishing, the business unit he would later head as managing director. In 2014, he took the helm at Cefla International, an office established specifically to oversee the company's foreign direct investments in both the finishing and medical equipment division.

“I would like to thank the Chairman, the Board of Directors and everyone who has supported me on this journey,” said Quattrini.
