Interwood Forest Products of Shelbyville, KY, says it has received rare walnut veneer from a parcel of 300-year-old Queensland walnut logs taken down by a typhoon in a protected rainforest in Australia. The veneers were carefully prepared in China and shipped to the United States by Fritz Kohl GmbH of Karlstadt, Germany.
