LENOIR, NC -- Broyhill Furniture Industries Inc. sold its 193,000-square-foot particleboard plant to North State Property Holdings LLC. According to the Charlotte Observer, Broyhill opted to sell the plant because most of its furniture is being manufactured offshore.
