BIFMA schedules level training tour
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The Business & Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Assn. has scheduled a North American tour to train architects, designers, specifiers and customers about BIFMA’s Furniture Sustainability Standard, aka “level”.

The level certification program recognizes products based on performance against assessment criteria in the following areas:
   • Materials and natural resources;

   • Energy and atmosphere;

   • Human and ecosystem health; and

   • Social responsibility.

Attendees can earn .2 CEU credits at the two-hour sessions. The program will explain how level certification works to make the identification of “green” products easier.
