A North American woodworker was fashioning tools 10,000 years ago, say university of Colorado researchers. An atlatl dart, a spear-like hunting weapon cut from a birch sapling, appeared as an ice patch melted high in the Rocky Mountains close to Yellowstone National Park.>>
