Serica laminates from Alfatherm.

Alfatherm received the certification of compliance with the weathering requirements of AAMA 307-16 (American Architectural Manufactures Association) for its PVC laminates from Dallas Laboratories Inc., in the United States.

AAMA certification of suitability establishes minimum weathering requirements for decorative laminates intended for application to either interior or exterior surfaces. In order to obtain the compliance with the AAMA requirements, Alfatherms’ laminates were placed under observation for two years in three different U.S. locations in Arizona, Florida and Ohio.

Alfatherm is an Italian company that produces thermoplastic films, in particular rigid, semi-rigid and plasticized PVC foils. Its super-matt surfaces are designed to be resistant to scratches and stains. See http://www.alfatherm.it
