ATLANTA - Aaron's, Inc., (NYSE: AAN), a leader in the sales and lease ownership and specialty retailing of furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories, today announced plans to hire 700 new associates as part of the company's first-ever National Hiring Event. The event will take place Tuesday, October 6, in more than 2,000 stores throughout the United States and Canada. At www.NationalHiringEvent.com, potential employees can find more information about opportunities in Aaron's stores, on Aaron's corporate team and at its subsidiary Progressive Leasing. Specific positions Aaron's is looking to fill include Delivery Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, Manager Trainees, Information Technology Specialists and Call Center Representatives.
