The Southern Cypress Manufacturers Association (SCMA) recently unveiled a redesigned website at www.CypressInfo.org. The intuitive site now sports a variety of tools and resources, updated imagery, and much more.

To assist both consumers and design professionals, the revamped site offers seven navigation tabs, including a new Media Center. The Center enables visitors to download a growing catalog of case studies featuring extraordinary homes and commercial buildings. Each study showcases the natural beauty, durability, and versatile functionality of cypress with comments from the projects' architects.

A click on the Installation & Specifications tab provides design professionals with sourcing and specification information, including cypress grades, span tables, working characteristics, strength and mechanical specifications, and more.

The Outdoor Applications and Interior Uses tabs feature information on cypress siding, decking, paneling, and flooring. Visitors also can find do-it-yourself project articles and videos on building privacy fences, raised garden beds, and window boxes.
