HIGH POINT, NC - Stiles Machinery is pleased to report on the success of their Grand Opening event featuring Stiles Finishing Technologies, held October 4-6 in High Point, North Carolina.

 Makor demonstrationWith over twenty surface technology installations on display, the Stiles Finishing Technologies’ event fulfilled its promise to showcase the latest in innovations for finishing and sanding equipment in North America. Throughout the three day event, international experts hosted over a dozen educational seminars on the latest finishing and surface preparation technologies including digital imaging processes, sanding application recipes, the latest developments in waterborne coatings, as well as application techniques and many more. The heavily anticipated launch of Stiles Finishing Technologies and their newly enhanced capabilities for diverse industry segments attracted over 200 customers to the company’s 10,000 square feet finishing lab.

 Venjakob demonstrationComplementing the event’s seminars, Stiles also offered a variety of live machine demonstrations, unveiling new technologies and market capabilities. Some of the highlighted exhibitions included flat panel demonstrations on the Burkle E.a.sy Roll Coating line, staining maple doors with the Makor Q-ONE spray machine, as well as digital imaging on the high speed Durst RHO 900 UV inkjet printer – which proved this technology is not only a reality for American manufacturers, but it’s just around the corner. Another headliner for the event was the first-ever North American unveiling of the 2011 Innovation Award recipient from the international Ligna exhibition show: the Venjakob Perfect Spray machine. The Venjakob Perfect won this prestigious award for its state-of-the-art quick color-changing system – an automated color management system that allows colors to be changed during process within seconds.

 The event proved to be an ideal opportunity for Stiles to introduce their finishing capabilities to their customers. The showroom and finishing lab will remain open for visitors throughout the year.
