Chef Carol will be demonstrating and feeding the crowd using the Turbo Chef oven which is a working display in the showroom.

There is a working display of the Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator in the showroom, a unique glass tube elevator which does not require a hoist way.

The first educational sessions will be conducted by Brian Downs, of Downs & Associates. Brian Downs is a past president of the Capitol NARI chapter. He will provide an important primer on properly insurance for a professional remodeling firm. Gary Case owner of both the Signature companies says, "Every home owner should insist upon a certificate of insurance for general liability, workman's compensation and commercial vehicle coverage, from any remodeling company they are considering hiring. The risk of someone getting hurt or property being damaged such as your neighbor or your neighbors house is covered by your contractors' general liability insurance. The risk of one of the contractors' employees getting hurt, for example cutting off a finger or falling from a ladder, are covered by workman's compensation insurance. If these risks are not adequately covered then potentially the homeowner will have to cover the loss to the neighbor or even the contractor's employee. Believe it or not a homeowner is even at risk if the contractor gets into an accident on the way to the job at the owners home, hence commercial vehicle insurance."

The second educational session will be conducted by Dario A. Campolattaro, of Summit Insurance Services, LLC. Dario will be discussing innovative ways to reduce health insurance costs such as HRAs and HSAs.
