NGA names chairman of the board
WASHINGTON, DC – The National Glass Association (NGA) is pleased to announce the election of Steven R. Burnett to the office of Chairman of the Board.

Burnett, of Walters & Wolf Curtain Wall of Mukilteo, WA, has been a supporter of the NGA for many years, having served on the board since 2005. Burnett took the office of Chairman on September 15, 2010 at GlassBuild America® in Las Vegas, NV. He will serve a one-year term.

New executive officers are Chairman-Elect, Chris Mammen of M3 Glass Technologies of Irving, TX, and Treasurer, Bill Evans of Evans Glass Company of Nashville, TN. Kevin McMahon of K-Man Glass Corp. Bethel, CT, will serve as immediate past chairman.
Leaving the board this year are:
· Stephen Mort, Don’s Mobile Glass
· Greg Pattakos, Advanced Auto Glass
· Robert Trainor, Trainor Glass Company

New Members of the board are:
· Michael Albert, S Albert Glass Company, Inc., Beltsville, MD
· Bryan Bush, City Glass Company, Omaha, NE
· Mark Dawson, Glass Doctor, Waco, TX
· David Steele, The Window Gallery, Augusta GA
· Tom Trainor, Trainor Glass Company, Alsip, IL

Board members returning for the 2009-2010 term are: Robert Brown of Brown’s Glass, York, PA; Bill Evans, Jr. of Evans Glass Co., Nashville, TN; Paul Heinauer of Glasspro, Mt. Pleasant, SC; Douglas Linderer of Go-Glass Corp., Salisbury, MD; Newton Little of ACE Glass Company, Inc., Little Rock AR; and John Morris of Jack Morris Auto Glass in Memphis, TN.
