BIELEFELD, GERMANY -- During the IWF 2012 in Atlanta the Hymmen Group will show outstanding novelties concerning decorative finishing of woodworking material. The special focus lies on the industrial digital printing (Industrial Inkjet). But also in the established area of Continuous Double Belt Presses and Surface Lacquering Lines.

"The best way to see, how Hymmen –machines and -lines perform, is to look at the products of our customers," says Dr. René Pankoke, general manager of Hymmen Industrieanlagen GmbH. That´s why you can see large size examples of digitally printed surfaces with high-tech finishing at the inviting exhibition area of Hymmen at the IWF, booth 4558

Newly developed and digitally printed decors with special colour-effects for furniture and flooring are demonstrated as well as the corresponding finishing applied by Hymmen surface lacquering lines: highly brilliant, shining like a mirror or super matt finish.

Other areas of application for the industrial digital printing by Hymmen are for example edge banding material (ABS, PVC) for furniture, decor paper and finish foil as well as direct printing on boards for furniture or kitchen cabinets, doors, door frames and flooring profiles in industrial capacities. All these surfaces are shown on the booth. You cannot only see them but also turn them around in the witty frame-display and touch them on the DinA4-sized samples.

The innovations pay off: Hymmen delivered the JUPITER Digital Printing Line, with which MeisterWerke printed their new laminate flooring LD 400 that just won the innovation award at the Domotex. This extra long flooring profile is outstanding, because of the naturally looking decor without repetition on a length of 2,60 m, decided the jury.

Besides the newcomer digital printing, Hymmen also shows several innovations in the established area of pressing-machines. The press-technique for HPL/CPL has been optimized so that now you are free to choose length and width of your substrate. There were also some more innovations concerning the direct production of worktops (HPL/CPL, highest brilliancy on kitchen worktops).

Interested customers are always invited to visit the newly designed Hymmen Technical Centre on 2.500 sqm in Rödinghausen/Bruchmühlen. There you can see all innovations: industrial digital printing lines as well as the new surface lacquering lines for finishing: highly brilliant or super matt finish in various process technologies, including production of samples.

After the successful year 2011 Hymmen looks optimistically into the future. Despite generally launched skeptical market forecasts the General Management of Hymmen Group expects constant business surroundings and a positive development for the own company in 2012 above average. Actual data on the financial situation of Hymmen: Sales of the whole Hymmen-Group reached 42 Mio. EUR in 2011 and exceeded the own goals of 15% growth. In 2012 it is also planned to increase sales by 10-15% and the general management expects this aim to be achievable.
