Imagine never being short of skilled labor

VAUGHAN, Ont. - Do you feel like you are always babysitting your employees?  Are you tired of breaking up feuds in your organization? Would you like to run your business instead with a skilled, sustainable workforce?  Peter Mate, president and co-owner of Planit Canada, will address "How to have a sustainable workforce" as the opening presentation of the Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association September Regional Event, Monday, September 18-19 at the Hilton Garden Inn, in Vaughan.

According to Mate, "There are some great things happening in the HR world and companies that don’t change their view on HR will have no chance of attracting and retaining the best of the workforce."  Learn what you can do to have a sustainable workforce.

The CKCA regional event will also include two tours, the first to Lucvaa Kitchens in Etobicoke and the second to  Art for Everyday, a  producer of architectural woodcarvings and wood turnings in Toronto.

In addition, John Povhe, Chief Financial Officer, Superior Cabinets, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan will address "The Value of Lean: Superior’s Journey."  The presentation will address how Superior made a cultural shift and developed an action for continuous improvement.
