OTTAWA, Ontario – The Bluewater Wood Alliance (BWA) will present a 12-part webinar series, Empowering Individuals & Organizations in Leadership, from Sept. 15 through Feb. 16, 2021.
The webinars will be led by Barry Reed, leadership trainer of Leadership Management International Canada. LMI has an operational network that spans 80 countries. Reid has worked with LMI since 2008 and previously held senior leadership positions in the publishing industry. He won LMI’s Facilitator of the Year (The Americas) Award in 2018. According to the BWA, objectives of the leadership series include:
- Accelerating an organization’s performance and success.
- Getting more done in less time with less stress.
- Learning how to evaluate whether managers on a team have yet to achieve their full leadership potential.
- Creating measurable revenues, efficiencies and profits.
The online course includes one-on-one custom-tailored training education on leadership and personal productivity. The registration fee is $4,500 plus hst per person for BWA members and $6,000 plus hst for non-members. The training series qualifies for the Canada Ontario Jobs Grant (COJG), which can save members up to $3,735. Approved COJG funds must be applied before purchasing an event ticket.
