VISTA, CA --- Eco Building Products Inc. (ECOB) said it has stocked its Port Au Prince wholesale lumber distribution facility with 22 container loads of containers with Red Shield coated lumber to assist in the rebuilding efforts.

Gils Aubry, ECOB representative running ECO NO-BIOS operations, met with Haiti President Michel Martelly this past week discussing the advantages of Red Shield protected lumber.

"Almost two years ago I reached out to the earthquake stricken country of Haiti offering wood framed shelters for an orphanage, said Steve Conboy, President and CEO of ECOB. "We organized food drives, donated shelters and commenced building a village in Carrefour for Light Ministries... Our vision is to teach other countries how to build safer structures by embracing the newest building technologies when it comes to seismic movement and hurricane winds rather than just doing what they have been doing forever."
