ATLANTA, Ga. - Schmalz Inc. is set to showcase its innovative vacuum technology for a variety of applications in the woodworking industry at the woodworking trade fair IWF 2016 in Atlanta (August 24th - 27th), at Booth # 4822 Section B. The products can be put to use in a multitude of ways, allowing the user to benefit from the increased efficiency and productivity.
The company will showcase its extensive line of original OEM vacuum blocks made for most of the leading CNC manufacturers in the industry. The new aluminum suction block for solid wood routing, will also be on display at IWF, it features an impressive level of stiffness and unrivaled shear force absorption. The suction block is the ideal solution for machining solid wood parts used in the production of stairs and staircases, for instance. Schmalz is also set to showcase the Multi-Clamp vacuum clamping system for table top use on small to medium-sized wooden parts.
The vacuum lifting systems produced by the company are the ideal aid for loading panels onto CNC machines. They include the Jumbo Ergo vacuum tube lifter with the optional 90-degree swiveling function which makes it easy to feed vertical saws, for instance. Its twist grip is ergonomically designed, which makes it much easier to operate. Schmalz will also present the VacuMaster Comfort vacuum lifting device for the efficient handling of very bulky workpieces like large wooden panels and plastic sheets with its 180 degree rotation ability.
The vacuum specialist will round off its trade show appearance with solutions for the automated handling via industrial robots and gantries.
