The Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt launched long-term plans to teach America's youth how to be "environmentally literate."

Today, the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council, together with global education leader Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH), released a National Action Plan for Educating for Sustainability, a call for action to ensure that Education for Sustainability (EfS) is accessible to all students across the United States.
